Terms are mostly hidden away. But the terms and conditions are there to protect you as a consumer and our terms and conditions are designed to provide you the best service. Byflou is owned and operated by DreamAbout ApS CVR. 35035737. To make it easy and understandable, we call it "Byflou", "we" or "us" hereafter.

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted in Byflou. That is, when you use our site or place an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions you will find when you place your order. However, be aware that these may change. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods for delivery in EU countries, unless otherwise agreed.

Terms for ordering an Order

Byflou is open 24 hours a day so you can always shop. It happens, however, that the store may be closed for maintenance. Of course it is only possible to make a purchase when the shop is open and available. To shop on Byflou, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card.

However, it is still possible to shop with us, if you have obtained your guardian's consent, and has the legal right to enter into the purchase.

Ordering of the goods and receipt

You select the products you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. You can up to the time of ordering edit the contents of the shopping cart and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods.

As soon as you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. When your order is completed, you will receive an email. This email serves as your receipt. Here you will also find a link to the Post Danmark Track & Trace. The receipt will also be found in your package.

Note that it may take a few hours before Post Denmark scans your package - it may take up to 24 hours before you can follow your package via Track & Trace.

Shipping & Delivery in Denmark

We will ship your order by Post Denmark. All orders are sent insured and with Track & Trace, which you will receive by mail. You can choose whether you want to have the package delivered to your door, your job or if you want to pick it up at the post office. If you order before 1 pm. on weekdays, we ship the same day.

We will send the package with free shipping, if you live in Denmark and your order is over DKK 950, -. We send parcels every weekday and delivers most often the day after you ordered.

Our free shipping and easy return policy allows you to try the clothes at home in peace and quiet - something we greatly appreciate. We give you time to consider your purchase carefully to avoid wrong purchases. We can also giftwrap your order for you - this is selected in the shopping cart.

We will ship your order by Post Denmark. When placing your order, you can choose how you want the package delivered under the the Delivery tab. The price depends on the delivery method you have chosen. All our shipments are sent insured and you will receive a Track & Trace number when the order is shipped.

We strive to ship your package within 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you place your order before 1 pm. on weekdays, we are doing everything we can to enable the goods will be shipped the same day. Shipping is via Post Denmark.

Payment of order

All prices are current prices and are including VAT. Any additional payments will not be calculated on the information page that comes just before the payment page.

we will only withdraw money from your account once the goods are shipped. Any card fees associated with your purchase and will be paid through your order.

Secure Payment

30 day extended right of cancellation

When you shop at Byflou, you have a full 30 days to cancel. To use this expanded right of withdrawal, you must within 30 days for receipt of your order, send it back to us. If we have not received the item within the 30 days, the package must be located via Track & Trace. Remember to save the Track & Trace number on the package because the return is your responsibility. Using Track & Trace, we can also see when you send the product back to us, which must happen within 30 days.

You are allowed to try the product

As a consumer, you may well test the product, just as you would do in a physical store. You should therefore handle the goods in a way so that you can determine whether the products live up to your expectations. but if you actually use the goods, you can only get part or none of the the purchase amount back.

Take care not to degrade the products value before returning

As a consumer, you are the one who have to pay for any impairment of a products value. Product value is determined by what we can get for it in a resale. if you have used the product or removed any hangtags and labels, we can no longer sell the product and thereby will the depreciation be up to 100%.

Conditions of 30 days right of cancellation

Right of withdrawal begins from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following Monday. Free return shipping on new products

For non-sale items you get FREE return. You do this by using the return label from Post Denmark, we have enclosed in your order. This is possible only in case that you have not purchased items on sale or otherwise have gotten discount on your order. Note that the free return only valid on deliveries and orders in Denmark.

Use our prepaid return label (Denmark only) to sale items and save money

If you have purchased items on sale or received any discount on your order, you yourself must pay the cost of returning the goods if you regret your purchase. However, you can benefit from using the enclosed return label from Post Denmark - then your package is insured. We shall deduct DKK 55, - from your purchase to cover shipping costs. By using our enclosed return label, you can save money compared to if you were to buy similar service at Post Denmark. Note that our return label only be used in deliveries and orders in Denmark.

ATTENTION! We enclose a return form in all our shipments. We do not accept packages sent. Cash on delivery or packages sent without delivery.


If you wish to exchange an item for another color, size or the like. you need to send the product back to us using the above return description. then the money will transferred to the credit card used for the purchase. In the meantime, or thereafter, you can order the new size, color or product from Byflou that you want to exchange for.

Exchange of gifts If you have been lucky enough to receive a gift, purchased from Byflou and want to return or exchange it, you can easily do this. You have 30 days to either swap for another item of equal value or to obtain a gift certificate / voucher that you can use when it suits you. This, however, within 5 years. For you to exchange your gift, you must be in possession of the original receipt, and return the form.

If you find a product that is more expensive than the gift, you have the option of paying the difference and get the new product sent instead. To take advantage of our exchange system, fill out the return form and enclose it in the shipping package along with the returned item.

Claims and Warranty

You have 24 months warranty, which means that you can either get a faulty product repaired, replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The claim must of course be justified. The error or fault of the goods must not be caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. This includes if the product has not been washed after the Washing Symbols listed in it. Byflou comply with all legal guarantees and regulations.

When you return the item, please simultaneously, as detailed as possible disclose what the problem is. Please use our return form, attached to the order. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework and minimizes processing time for the claim.

You must claim as quickly as possible after you discover the error. Sale of Goods Act states that you within a reasonable time after discovering the error, make your claim - we suggest within two months.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable freight costs by return. Reservation on error

There can always be mistakes. This may happen at the store, be a typing error or there is an incorrect price on the item. Byflou is not responsible for any damage to you, with the exception of cases where the company's liability exists and where it is assumed that insurer approves that payment can take place. Force majeure

International shipping & Delivery

Customs and VAT inside and outside the EU

If you order from another EU country, you do not pay additional customs duty and VAT, as other EU countries are exempt from duty under the rules on the free movement of goods within the EU. VAT and duty is already paid in Denmark by Danish legislation, therefore you do not have to pay it again. However If you order from a country outside the EU (ex Norway), the goods may be detained at customs, and the package may be affected by local taxes and duties, which we can not be held responsible for. Be aware that the detention of your package at customs can delay shipment significantly. Should you find out that the package is detained, you should immediately contact the freight company. When you get your package delivered to a country outside the EU (ex Norway) we deduct Danish VAT before we finish the order. You will be responsible for the import duty and taxes for your own package in countries outside the EU.
