Easy Exchange of Christmas Gifts

We offer an extended return/exchange of Christmas gifts until the 30th of January. The return or exchange must be with us no later than that date. All orders between November and the end of December, can be returned until the 30th of January.

Just select "Gift wrapping" in the shopping cart, place your order and we will take care of the rest!

Delivery before Christmas

If you want to make sure that your order is delivered before Christmas, you need to place your order at Byflou.com before the 17th of December. Please notice that if the product you want to order is not in stock, the delivery time might be longer. You can have your order delivered to your home address, workplace or the nearest post office.
