Lounge chair from Normann Copenhagen

Hyg Lounge Chair Low Oak

The Hyg Lounge Chair Low Oak from Normann Copenhagen, designed by Simon Legald, exudes understated elegance. The chair is built around a moulded shell of hard PU foam with an internal steel reinforcement, ensuring a solid construction and long durability. Inside, there is soft upholstery of moulded PU foam with built-in lumbar support, inviting relaxed moments. The chair is fully upholstered with a choice of textiles or natural top-grain leather, and rests on four legs of solid lacquered oak, which underlines the timeless design and Scandinavian aesthetic.

This lounge chair is ideal in the living room, where its soft and embracing form creates a comfortable "room within a room," perfect for immersion with a good book or a quiet moment. It fits beautifully into a Nordic interior with light colours and natural materials. Combine it with a low coffee table and a soft throw to complete the cosy atmosphere, or let it stand alone as a striking element in the hallway. The chair also works excellently in a bedroom, where it can offer a quiet seating area.
