Luna Jar

The Luna Jar from MUUBS, designed by Birgitte Rømer, is a beautiful interpretation of nature's raw beauty. Each jar is handmade from terracotta and presents an organic silhouette reminiscent of the moon's surface. The unique texture is created through a meticulous process where paint is applied, after which the jar is fired and hand-finished with a gas burner. This creates a rustic, crater-like surface with small elevations, giving each Luna Jar a vibrant and sculptural expression. It adds depth to the room and a sense of calm, Nordic aesthetic.

The Luna Jar is designed to enrich the home with its presence, whether it stands alone as a striking element or is part of a larger decoration. The jar is not waterproof but is ideal for dried flowers, decorative branches, or artificial plants. For fresh bouquets, you can easily place a waterproof insert in the jar.
