Dining chair from PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED

Bondi Chair / By Fräg Woodall

The Bondi Chair from PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED, designed by Fräg Woodall, is a dining chair that combines robust construction with an elegant design language. The chair is made from solid ash for the base and plywood for the seat. It is available in a natural variant with a matte lacquer that highlights the wood grain, while colored variants are stained or painted ash. The chair's construction is a study in craftsmanship, where half-lap joints clearly illustrate the meticulous details and contribute to its solid, timeless expression. The curved back and precise seat reflect an understated elegance and solid quality that will last for many years.

This lightweight and stackable chair works beautifully in many contexts, from dining areas in the home to busier restaurant environments. Its Nordic expression and clean lines allow it to easily integrate into a variety of interior styles. Combine it with a solid wood table for a complete and warm look, or let it stand as a striking contrast to a table with a more industrial aesthetic. The Bondi Chair adds a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere to the room, inviting cozy moments and togetherness.
