About this product

The Strand Pendant Lamp from Muuto, designed by the British Benjamin Hubert, appears as a floating, light sculpture in any room. The lamp's characteristic form, elegantly enclosing its inner steel structure, is crafted from a unique cocoon material – a fine, sprayed composite that creates a semi-transparent, texture-like surface. This white, soft surface diffuses light in a way that imbues the room with a calm and inviting atmosphere, almost like a soft cloud.

The pendant can hang alone as a striking design statement or in a cluster to create a dynamic expression above a dining table or in an entryway. The gentle, diffusely spread light highlights the material's fine thread structure and creates a warm glow that invites presence. Pair it with furniture made from natural wood types or let it complement a minimalist interior, where its white color and organic form create a beautiful contrast.
