Dining chair from Muuto

Cover Armchair

The Cover Armchair from Muuto is a modern interpretation of the classic wooden chair, designed by Thomas Bentzen in 2013. The chair is crafted from form-pressed wood, where the wood is folded over the legs and back, an innovative technique that binds the elements together without visible screws or fittings. The light versions are made of oak or oak veneer, while the colored variants have a core of solid beech wood with ash veneer. A water-based lacquer protects the surface and highlights the wood's natural structure. The chair can be chosen with an upholstered seat in textile, imitation leather, or genuine leather, adding a soft element to the sharp design.

This armchair fits beautifully in both the dining room and as an elegant addition to the living room, where it can be placed in a reading nook or as extra seating. Its clean lines and Nordic aesthetic complement a wide range of interior styles. Combine it with a simple wooden table to emphasize the natural expression, or let it stand as a contrast to soft textiles and rugs. The Cover Armchair is designed to last for many years and, with its timeless elegance, will contribute to a calm and inviting atmosphere in the home.
