Desk from MOEBE

Fold-out Desk

The Fold-out Desk from MOEBE is a wall-mounted desk that, with its minimalist design and well-thought-out construction, delivers both functionality and aesthetics. The tabletop is made of solid FSC-certified oak, available in a natural oiled finish or a deep, smoked oak, both of which highlight the beautiful grain of the wood. The slender wall brackets and the discreet support wire that holds the tabletop are made of stainless steel. Designed by MOEBE's own architects Martin de Neergaard Christensen and Nicholas Oldroyd, along with cabinetmaker Anders Thams, the desk elegantly folds against the wall when not in use, leaving a clean, vertical line that emphasizes its understated elegance and solid quality.

This fold-out desk is ideal for a home office, a smaller bedroom, or an entryway where space is precious but the need for a functional workspace is present. It creates a calm and organized atmosphere, and its timeless aesthetic allows it to be easily integrated into various interior design styles. Combine it with a simple light wood chair and a discreet desk lamp to complete a Nordic and functional workspace that can be easily put away after use.
