Shelving system from FRAMA

Shelf Library Desk Section

The Shelf Library Desk Section from FRAMA is a wall-mounted, rail-based shelving system, designed by Kim Richardt in 2016. The system builds on a tradition of Scandinavian shelving systems from the 1930s, combining solid construction with an elegant, understated expression. Each section consists of solid, oiled oak shelves and rails, complemented by stainless steel brackets and screws, ensuring both long durability and timeless aesthetics. The many shelves provide space for both storage and display, and the integrated desk surface creates a functional workspace.

This versatile shelving system fits beautifully into many rooms of the house, from the living room as a prominent feature to the hallway to create an inviting expression. With its combination of shelves and a workspace, it functions ideally as a home office or a place for creative projects. Combine the Shelf Library Desk Section with other parts of FRAMA's Shelf Library series to create a cohesive interior that exudes Nordic simplicity and functionality. The natural oak surface perfectly matches a Nordic color palette and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
