Bench from Form & Refine

Remake Bench

The Remake Bench from Form & Refine is a seating bench designed by Jonas Herman from Herman Studio. The bench is made exclusively from Recoma Packwall, an innovative material created from recycled packaging waste from beverage cartons. This composite material of paper, plastic, and aluminum is processed without additives or chemicals, resulting in a hard and robust surface that withstands daily use. The design highlights the material's character with a cross brace and perforations, giving the bench a light and distinct aesthetic.

The bench's understated elegance makes it suitable for many places in the home. It works beautifully in the entryway, where it welcomes and provides space to put on shoes, or as a supplement in the living room, where it can create extra seating. Combine it with other furniture in Nordic colors and textures to emphasize its calm expression, or let it stand alone as a striking design element. Its timeless design and solid construction ensure it will last for many years.
