Datoselskabet BF af februar ApS has been declared bankrupt

By bankruptcy decree issued by the Bankruptcy Court in Aalborg on 27 February 2026, Datoselskabet BF af februar ApS (formerly Byflou.com ApS) was placed under bankruptcy proceedings.

When the decree was issued, attorney Per Buttenschøn was appointed trustee of the estate, which is otherwise handled by attorney, director Frederik Funding Husum.

No money has been withdrawn for all Danish web orders (they are only reserved and will automatically expire).

All returned goods have been collected by the trustee, who will decide what to do with them.
