Hvad sker der med din ordre fra det gamle Byflou?

Den 27. februar 2026 blev Datoselskabet BF af februar ApS (tidl. Byflou.com ApS) erklæret konkurs ved Skifteretten i Aalborg. Vi har købt navnet og domænet Byflou.com — ikke selskabet. Det betyder at vi ikke overtager gæld, ordrer eller forpligtelser fra det tidligere Byflou, og at vi hverken juridisk eller økonomisk kan hjælpe med tab opstået der.

Vi ved at det for nogle er mere end en ordre — det er tillid der er blevet brudt. Den tillid ønsker vi at gøre os fortjent til igen.

Har du en uleveret ordre, en refusion du venter på, en reklamations- eller garantisag, et gavekort eller en rabatkode fra det tidligere Byflou — er kurator din rette kontakt. Vi kan desværre ikke hjælpe med nogen af disse henvendelser.
