Tableau Coffee Table 1960 by Space Copenhagen

The 'Tableau' series, designed by Danish Space Copenhagen, is a perfect example of the design studio's poetic modernism, which underlies the majority of the studio's designs. The coffee tables were designed for Fredericia furniture and were first launched in 2018 in a wooden model. However, the geometric, sculptural design lacked an elegance and delicacy and the table was relaunched in dark limestone. The table not only took on a more exclusive look, with its new heavy materials. It now combined the modern austere design with organic and honest materials, unique to each table due to its nature. The table's top rests on a cross frame, matching the calm harmonious design and giving an impression of the balance between functionality and aesthetics that is central to Space Copenhagen's designs.

• Made of Portuguese limestone reinforced with invisible metal mesh
• When cleaning limestone, it is recommended to avoid acidic detergents as the porous surface is easily susceptible to acid, vinegar and other corrosive liquids. Use a damp soft cloth with warm water for mild cleaning.
