Épicurienne: a selection of this year's Meunier from vines over 50 years old is aged on the lees after alcoholic fermentation. This vinification gives the wine roundness and suppleness. The partial malolactic fermentation allows for a perfect balance between aromatic concentration and freshness due to the old vines.
