What happens to your order from the old Byflou?

On 27 February 2026, Datoselskabet BF af februar ApS (formerly Byflou.com ApS) was declared bankrupt by the Danish Probate Court in Aalborg. We have acquired the name and domain Byflou.com — not the company. This means we do not assume any debts, orders or obligations from the previous Byflou, and that we are neither legally nor financially able to assist with losses incurred there.

For some, the closure of Byflou was more than an inconvenience — it was trust that was broken. We carry that with us. We cannot undo what happened, but we can build something that deserves yours. And we hope, in time, to earn a place in your home again.

If you have an undelivered order, a pending refund, a complaint or warranty claim, a gift card or a discount code from the previous Byflou — the appointed trustee is your point of contact. We are unable to assist with any of these matters.
