Comment faire ses achats chez Byflou.com

Vous sélectionnez les articles que vous souhaitez acheter et les ajoutez à votre panier. Vous passez ensuite à la caisse et finalisez votre achat. Dès que votre achat est finalisé, nous vous envoyons un e-mail confirmant la réception de votre commande. Une fois votre commande finalisée, vous recevrez un deuxième e-mail. Cet e-mail confirme que votre commande a été acceptée et qu’elle engage donc Byflou.com. Cet e-mail fait également office de reçu et contient souvent un lien vers le service de suivi (Track & Trace) de votre colis.

Veuillez noter qu’il peut s’écouler quelques heures avant que le transporteur ne scanne votre colis, et que le suivi via Track & Trace peut ne pas être disponible avant 24 heures.

Dois-je créer un compte pour pouvoir faire des achats ?

Non, ce n'est pas nécessaire. Si vous créez un compte, vous pouvez vous connecter via la rubrique « Connexion » du menu. De là, vous accédez à « Mon compte », où vous pouvez notamment consulter vos commandes précédentes.

Un produit est en rupture de stock : sera-t-il à nouveau disponible ?

Malheureusement, il n'est pas possible de garantir qu'un article en rupture de stock sera à nouveau disponible. Il arrive toutefois qu'un article en rupture de stock soit retourné et qu'il soit alors à nouveau disponible sur la boutique en ligne.

Un produit n’est pas disponible dans ma taille : que dois-je faire ?

Si vous ne trouvez pas un article dans la taille souhaitée, c’est malheureusement très probablement parce qu’il est en rupture de stock. Il arrive toutefois qu’un produit soit remis en ligne. Vous pouvez nous envoyer un message via ce formulaire et nous vous préviendrons si cela se produit.

Disposez-vous d’un guide des tailles ?

Tous les articles comportent une description indiquant, entre autres, la taille. Vous pouvez également cliquer sur le guide des tailles situé en bas de la page du produit, où sont présentés les différents modèles par taille. Vous pouvez aussi nous contacter via ce formulaire, et nous mesurerons l’article en question pour vous.

Puis-je obtenir plus d'informations sur un produit ?

Nous nous efforçons, dans la mesure du possible, d'indiquer tous les détails concernant un produit (taille, couleur, matière, etc.) sur la page du produit. Il est très probable que le produit soit en rupture de stock. Dans ce cas, le produit est automatiquement retiré de la boutique en ligne.

Puis-je modifier ma commande ?

Il n’est pas possible de modifier une commande, mais vous pouvez contacter le service client par téléphone au ou via ce formulaire pour faire annuler votre commande, afin de pouvoir en passer une nouvelle.

Puis-je annuler ma commande ?

Comme nous nous efforçons de traiter rapidement toutes les commandes, veuillez contacter le service client dès que possible pour éviter que la commande ne soit expédiée. Dans ce cas, veuillez appeler le service client au .

Ma commande est un cadeau, puis-je ajouter une carte et la faire emballer ?

Bien sûr. Vous pouvez commander un emballage cadeau sur la page « Panier » et rédiger un message personnel à l’attention du destinataire dans le champ « Commentaire » lors du paiement. Votre cadeau sera joliment emballé et nous y joindrons une jolie carte sur laquelle figurera votre message. Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons pas emballer les colis volumineux.

Quels sont les moyens de paiement disponibles ?

Selon le pays depuis lequel vous passez commande, vous pouvez payer par Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Eurocard, Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Klarna, MobilePay, PayPal, BLIK, MB Way, Bancontact, ViaBill, iDEAL, Apple Pay et Google Pay.

Y a-t-il des frais de paiement ?

Il n'y a pas de frais de paiement en cas de paiement par carte bancaire. Si des frais s'appliquent pour d'autres modes de paiement, cela sera clairement indiqué lors de la sélection du mode de paiement.

Remarque : si vous payez avec une carte de paiement d'entreprise et que des frais de paiement s'appliquent à cette carte, ces frais vous seront facturés en tant que client. Des frais s'ajoutent également si la carte a été émise en dehors de l'UE. Dans les deux cas, les frais seront indiqués dans la fenêtre de paiement avant la finalisation de l'achat.

Quand le montant sera-t-il débité ?

Pour les paiements par carte bancaire, PayPal et iDEAL, le montant de l'achat sera débité dès que vous aurez passé votre commande. Pour les paiements via Klarna, le montant de l’achat sera débité soit dès que vous passez la commande, soit ultérieurement, conformément à l’accord conclu avec Klarna. Le montant débité ne dépassera jamais celui que vous avez approuvé au moment de l’achat.

Les achats sur Byflou.com sont-ils sécurisés ?

Il est très important pour nous que vous, en tant que client, puissiez effectuer vos achats en toute sécurité sur notre boutique en ligne. Les informations de paiement sont transmises sous forme cryptée à l’aide du protocole SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Cette technique de cryptage répond à des normes de sécurité élevées, ce qui signifie que les informations sont envoyées via une connexion sécurisée.

Byflou.com ne reçoit aucune information concernant votre carte de paiement. Nous sommes uniquement informés que le montant de la commande a été débité. Il est impossible de débiter un montant supérieur à celui que vous avez approuvé lors de l’achat.

Lors de vos achats en ligne, vous avez également la possibilité de demander le remboursement du paiement auprès de votre banque.

Que se passe-t-il si je ne suis pas chez moi à l’arrivée du colis ?

Le transporteur laissera un avis de passage dans votre boîte aux lettres ou vous enverra un e-mail ; vous pourrez alors retirer le colis le jour ouvrable suivant à votre bureau de poste local ou dans un point de retrait près de chez vous.

Pouvez-vous déposer le colis à un endroit convenu ?

Nous ne pouvons pas demander au transporteur de déposer le colis à un endroit convenu. Les informations que vous saisissez dans le champ « Remarques » lors du paiement sont destinées à un usage interne ; elles ne sont pas transmises au transporteur.

Certains transporteurs offrent la possibilité au destinataire de modifier le lieu de livraison ou de préciser que le colis peut, par exemple, être déposé dans le garage ou chez un voisin. Si cette option est disponible dans votre région, le transporteur vous en informera automatiquement par SMS ou par e-mail avant de livrer le colis.

Puis-je retourner des articles en solde ?

Vous bénéficiez toujours d’un droit de rétractation prolongé de 30 jours lorsque vous effectuez des achats chez Byflou.com – même sur les articles en solde. Il vous suffit de suivre les étapes de retour indiquées dans la rubrique Échanges et retours.

Avez-vous reçu mon colis de retour ?

Une fois que nous avons reçu votre colis de retour, le traitement de celui-ci peut prendre jusqu’à 14 jours ouvrés (jusqu’à 30 jours en période de forte affluence). Si votre retour remplit les conditions de retour, nous vous rembourserons votre achat. Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation lorsque le montant aura été remboursé.

Il manque un article dans ma commande

Si vous avez reçu votre commande et qu'il manque un article, nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses pour cette erreur.                                             These terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted at Byflou. That is, when you use our site or place an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

                                            Be sure to read the terms and conditions before placing your order. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us.

                                            Besides here, you will also find the terms and conditions when you place an order. However, be aware that these may change. The terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods for delivery in EU countries and Norway, unless otherwise agreed.

                                            Terms for ordering
                                            Byflou is open 24 hours a day so you can always shop. It happens, however, that the store may be closed for maintenance. Of course it is only possible to make a purchase when the shop is open and available. To shop on Byflou, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card.

                                            However, it is still possible to shop with us, if you have obtained your parent's or guardian's consent, and has the legal right to enter into the purchase.

                                            Ordering of goods and Receipt
                                            You select the products you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. Up to the time of ordering you can edit the contents of the shopping cart and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods.

                                            As soon as you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. When your order is completed, you will receive a second email. This email serves as your receipt. Here you will also find a link to PostNord's Track & Trace. The receipt will also be found in your package.

                                            Note that it may take a few hours before PostNord scans your package - it may take up to 24 hours before you can follow your package via Track & Trace.

                                            Payment of order
                                            Once you are ready to order, click on "Continue" at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Here you enter your name, address, email and phone number, and select a delivery method. It is possible to choose an alternative delivery address in case you want it delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.

                                            All prices are current prices and are including Danish VAT (if you select Norway as delivery destination, the prices are shown without Danish VAT). Any additional charges will be calculated on the information page that comes just before the payment page.

                                            You can pay with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Eurocard, Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Klarna, MobilePay (Danish phone numbers only) and PayPal.

                                            The purchase amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped. We will cover any card fees associated with your purchase.

                                            Secure Payment
                                            It is safe to shop in our webshop. The credit card information is transferred in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This encryption technology has a high safety standard. The information is sent via a secure connection and your card information can not be read by unauthorized persons. This means it is only the payment provider NETS who can read your data. Neither Byflou nor others have the ability to read data. In addition, we use the ePay payment gateway that is certified by the PCI standard.

                                            Shipping & Delivery
                                            All orders are shipped from Denmark. We strive to ship your package within 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you place your order before 1 pm. on weekdays, we will do everything we can to make sure the goods will be shipped the same day. Shipping is via PostNord and their partners in other countries. All our shipments are sent insured and you will receive a Track & Trace number by mail when the order is shipped. We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

                                            Our official shipping charges are not valid for larger pieces of furniture as these are delivered by international freight forwarders. In such cases, we will contact you regarding the shipping charges, before your order is completed.

                                            Customs and VAT inside and outside the EU
                                            If you order from another EU country, you do not pay additional customs duty and VAT, as other EU countries are exempt from duty under the rules on the free movement of goods within the EU. VAT and duty is already paid in Denmark by Danish legislation, therefore you do not have to pay it again.

                                            However, if you order from a country outside the EU, the goods may be detained at customs, and the package may be affected by local taxes and duties, which we can not be held responsible for. Be aware that the detention of your package at customs can delay shipment significantly. Should you find out that the package is detained, you should immediately contact the freight company. When you get your package delivered to a country outside the EU, we deduct Danish VAT before we finish the order. You will be responsible for the declaration and import duty and taxes for your own package in countries outside the EU, with the exemption of Norway where we automatically pay 160 NOK (a charge to the shipping company PostNord) for the customs declaration for you. This amount is always added to the shipping costs to Norway. However, you still need to pay additional Norwegian customs duty on orders containing clothes (please visit the Norwegian Customs website for more info and to calculate the specific taxes you need to pay).

                                            30 days extended right of cancellation

                                            When you shop at Byflou, you have a full 30 days to cancel. To use this extended right of withdrawal, you must send your order back to us within 30 days upon receipt. If we have not received the order within the 30 days, the package must be located via Track & Trace. Remember to keep the Track & Trace number of the package because the return is your responsibility. Using Track & Trace, we can also see when you sent the product back to us, which must happen within 30 days upon receipt. Please notice that returns are paid by the customer.

                                            Conditions of 30 days right of cancellation
                                            Your cancellation right begins from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following Monday. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product delivered in several batches, the period starts from the receipt of the final product. Some items are not subject to withdrawal. Furthermore, you can lose the right of withdrawal by breaking included hangtags, labels or seals. If the item is delivered sealed, you lose the right of withdrawal if you break the seal.

                                            PLEASE NOTICE: Custom-made furniture is not covered by the right of withdrawal. You can not return any furniture that is ordered specifically for you, as this is designer furniture, and goes under the category custom made furniture. We do not have any furniture in stock, and all furniture is therefore custom made and ordered only after an order has been placed. Read more about this in the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

                                            You are allowed to try the product on
                                            As a consumer, you may test the product and try it on at home, just as you would do in a physical store. This means you should handle the goods in a way so that you can determine whether the products live up to your expectations or not. Do you, however, take your goods in use, you can only get part of or none of the purchase amount back.

                                            Treat the product with care before returning it
                                            As a consumer,  you are the one who have to pay for any impairment of a products value. Product value is determined by what we can get for it in a resale. If you have used the product or removed any hangtags and labels, we can no longer sell the product and thereby the depreciation will be up to 100%.

                                            Returns
                                            If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned in protective packaging to:

                                            You must fill out the return form, which you find in the received packet, and enclose it in your return package. If you have lost your return form, you can contact our customer service to get a new one. It is important that the package is securely wrapped, because you are responsible for both the package and the goods until Byflou receive them. Therefore, keep your shipment receipt and any Track & Trace number.

                                            PLEASE NOTICE: We enclose a return form in all our shipments, and we do not accept cash on delivery parcels (COD) or packages sent without door-to-door delivery to our address stated above. Returns are paid by the customer.

                                            Exchange
                                            If you wish to exchange an item for another color, size or the like, you need to send the product back to us. When we receive the product, the money is transferred to the credit card used for the purchase. In the meantime, or thereafter, you can order the new size, color or product from Byflou that you want to exchange for.

                                            Exchange of gifts
                                            If you have been lucky enough to receive a gift, purchased at Byflou and want to return or exchange it, you can easily do this. You have 30 days to either swap for another item of equal value or to obtain a gift certificate / voucher that you can use when it suits you. This, however, within 5 years. For you to exchange your gift, you must be in possession of the original receipt and the return form.

                                            If you find a product that is more expensive than the gift, you have the option of paying the difference and get the new product sent instead. To take advantage of our exchange system, fill out the return form and enclose it in the shipping package along with the returned item.

                                            Returning Items are paid entirely by the customer. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received - with intact hangtags fixed to the item. It is important to underline that items without hangtags will not be taken back or exchanged. When we receive the product, we will contact you or you can email customer service to arrange a gift card, a voucher or an exchange.

                                            Refunds
                                            Once we receive your return order, we will check the products and you will get the amount refunded, which you have paid to us upon purchase, if our conditions regarding the right of cancellation and "used goods" are met. We will initiate a refund within 14 days after we receive your return order. We reserve the right to withhold payment until the goods are received or until we receive documentation that the item has been returned.

                                            The amount is always transferred back to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase. If you have paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.

                                            NOTE: If you have received free shipping and decide to return a part of your order, a shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount, if the remaining order value falls below the amount that qualifies for a free shipping.

                                            ATTENTION!! You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because:

                                            - The product has been used.
                                            - Product was damaged while it was subject to your responsibility.
                                            - The product has been handled in another way than necessary in order to determine the nature, quality and function.
                                            - The conditions of the right of withdrawal have not been met regarding hang tags, product type, etc.

                                            Claims and Warranty
                                            You have a 24 months warranty, which means that you can either get a faulty product repaired, replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The claim must of course be justified. The error or fault of the goods must not be caused by an inappropriate use of the product or other injurious behavior. This includes e.g. that the product has not been washed the right way according to the Washing Symbols listed in it.

                                            To make a claim, you must first contact us by mail [email protected] or by telephone at +45 41 40 00 77. Often we can handle the claim via mail and pictures. After your inquiry, you will get additional information about the process for claiming.

                                            When you return the item, please disclose as detailed as possible what the problem is. Please use our return form, attached to the order. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework and minimizes processing time for the claim.

                                            You must claim as soon as possible after you discover the error. The Danish Sale of Goods Act states that you make your claim within a reasonable time after discovering the error - we suggest within two months.

                                            If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund reasonable freight costs for your return shipment as well. If the complaint is not justified, you must carry all costs of transport, including our freight costs for returning the item to you, and we may charge you an amount of up to 8 € for the examination of the goods. We only want happy customers and can only encourage you to contact us if there are any problems with the goods you have purchased.

                                            Remember to always send the goods in protective packaging and get a receipt for the shipment. You have the responsibility for the package / goods up to our reception. So please keep the postal receipt incl. information about freight costs, as well as any. Track & Trace number.

                                            If there are any defects in the goods you have purchased, Byflou will meet all legal guarantees and regulations.

                                            Complaint or other legal request
                                            Purchases of goods from Byflou is subject to Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled at the Danish courts.

                                            The Danish Sale of Goods Act / Act on Consumer Contracts / Law on Consumer Protection, which supervises your rights as a consumer and customer of course also apply when you shop with us.

                                            If you have a complaint about your purchase, please send an email to [email protected] or call +45 41 40 00 77. If we can not find a solution together, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, at forbrug.dk.                                             If you are a resident of an EU country other than Denmark, you can appeal to the EU Commission's online complaint portal.

                                            We reserve the right for errors and mistakes
                                            Mistakes happen. This may be at the stockroom, a typing error or an incorrect pricetag on an item. Therefore, we accept your purchase only once we have approved your payment and sent the goods to you. We therefore reserve the right for sold out items, as well as printing, programming and typing errors. If you order an item that is sold out, we will immediately contact you - and your payment will be canceled.

                                            Colors
                                            The actual colors you see on the items at Byflou depends on the screen settings on your computer, tablet or smart phone. Therefore, we can not guarantee that your device displays the accurate color as the item upon delivery. However, we try to clearly and plainly reproduce color, cut and material for each product.

                                            Secrecy
                                            Byflou takes responsibility for all the personal information that you provide to us. We use the information to assess the agreement and carry out the delivery, to administer the customer relationship that comes with it, pursue outstanding payments, fight fraud and abuse and to comply with statutory regulations.

                                            Liability
                                            Byflou is not responsible for any damage to you, with the exception of cases where the company's liability insurance covers the damage and where it is assumed that the insurer approves that payment can take place. In addition to these cases, Byflou's liability is limited to the maximum amount that represents the purchase price of the concerned item / items. Byflou is not responsible for consequential damages.

                                            Force majeure
                                            In the case of force majeure, Byflou ceases its obligations. If the period of force majeure is longer than 2 months, both you and Byflou have the right to terminate the agreement, without any liability for damages in such cases. Force majeure means strikes, staff illness, transport disturbances and import / export bans, regardless of whether this occurs at the company or its suppliers.

                                            All content on Byflou including texts, images etc. is protected by copyright law. Copying or other use of the content on Byflou may only happen after receiving a written consent. Unauthorized use of content on Byflou will lead to prosecution.
