If you want free shipping to an address in Europe, you simply need to buy for 250 € or more. If you have placed your order before 1 pm on weekdays, and we have the products on stock, we will ship it the same day.
For all costumers in Europe, there is a 30 days full return. Although we do a lot of pictures and descriptive texts of all our products, it can still be difficult to know whether the clothes you buy online suit you or if it just fits right. That is why we have made it easy to return and extended your right of cancellation.

We always do our best, for you to receive your package as soon as possible. We often pack orders until the post office closes. However, if you must be absolutely sure that we ship your package the same day as you order, we need your order before 1 pm on weekdays.

Easy returns - it just has to be easy to return. Fill out the return form and send the return shipment back to us. Please notice that you carry the costs of the return shipment yourself, and that all orders sent back to us have to be delivered directly to our address.
