The natural properties of New Zealand wool make it non-allergenic and flame retardant, helping to create a safe and healthy indoor environment, and it also has a natural ability to resist dirt.

New Zealand wool is made with animal-friendly practices and is responsible. New Zealand wool has long fibres and therefore pealing is minimised.

• Never clean with chemicals!
• Daily cleaning: use the vacuum cleaner without brush - often when the carpet is new, as it will peel for a period of time. It is a good idea to turn the carpet over a few times a year to avoid uneven wear and to avoid marks from heavy furniture that has been on the carpet.
• Note that the colours may fade if the rug is exposed to strong sunlight over a long period.
• Staining from the back of the rug may occur, so it is recommended to use an underlay rug on delicate surfaces.
