The Lunar pendant is designed by Johanna Hartikainen. The lamp is made of soft light opal glass that elegantly contrasts the sleek black metal. The design of the lamp is inspired by the night sky which is also where the inspiration for the name came from. The lamp is also meant to honor the ancient astronomical observations while still embracing modern design. The three halos are meant to illustrate the cycle of waning and waxing moons while making the opal glass stand out as a glorious full moon.
