- Dosage: Brut 33 g/l - Blanc de Noirs Demi-Sec is made exclusively from Meunier using a traditional winemaking method. It is aged for an average of 2 years in barrels. This cuvée was Champagne Dom Caudron's first creation. It embodies the Passy-Grigny terroir and the unique characteristics of the Meunier grape.
