It ages for an average of 2 years in barrels. This cuvée was Champagne Dom Caudron's first creation. It embodies the unique characteristics of the Passy-Grigny terroir and the Meunier grape. Brut Nature has no added sugar. The producer wanted to preserve the "liveliness" of Pinot Meunier.
