Grad No.1 is designed to keep your wine at the perfect serving temperature when taken directly from the cellar or fridge. Starting with a bottle at room temperature, Grad No.1 cools it down in the same way as a regular refrigerator - it takes approximately 30 minutes for a red wine bottle and 55 minutes for a white wine bottle to reach the ideal serving temperature.
