Dining chair from Bruunmunch

Play Chair Tube

The PLAYchair Tube from Bruunmunch is a Danish-designed dining chair that combines Scandinavian aesthetics with everyday usability. The chair's molded shell is made of beech veneer, padded with a layer of cold foam, and upholstered with either protected leather or aniline leather. The light yet robust frame is made of powder-coated steel tubes, giving the chair a solid construction and understated elegance. Designed by Bruunmunch & Claus Simonsen in 2017, the chair reflects a timeless design language that will last for many years.

This chair fits beautifully into both the dining room and kitchen-diner, where its light expression and comfortable seat invite many cozy moments. It also works well in a home office or as an elegant guest chair. Combine the PLAYchair Tube with a solid wood table to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, or pair it with a minimalist table in lighter shades for a more modern look. The chair's clean lines and Nordic color palette make it easy to integrate into any home.

As a natural material, leather requires looking after. If you care for the leather in the right way, it will become even more beautiful over time.

The care and maintenance of leather will always depend on the specific way in which it is used, the conditions of use and how often it is used.

Basic Leather

Vacuum clean once or twice a month with a soft brush to remove any dust. Once or twice a year for thorough cleaning, use the foam from soap flakes stirred in warm water. Apply the foam with a dry soft cloth, minimising any contact with water. Avoid bar soap, saddle soap, leather cleaners, household detergents or chemical products. Protect from direct sunlight, excessive heat and sharp objects.
