This wine has a clear light yellow color with shades of delicate green. The aroma is intense and
subtle. The aroma is dominated by white fruits; with floral notes and a hint of almond.
All this makes the wine a spring and summer pleasure. Perfect acid balance, making this wine perfect with fish, shellfish and light meats. Fresh and full-bodied with a fine mineral finish.

Roussanne 50%, Marsanne 40%, Viognier 10%.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Hand harvested, Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks.
