A delicate wine. Light yellow with hints of green and a lovely aroma of floral and fruity combination with mineral notes. Crisp on the fruit and with a lively, mineral finish. It can be drunk at any time of day and will be appreciated appreciated as an aperitif or with lunch. It goes perfectly with cold meats and many cooked dishes. It should be drunk between 10 and 12°C.
