A classic peeler from the REDO series comes in stainless steel with a fixed blade that is both extremely durable and gives you full control in use. The handle is made from 98% recycled plastic made from collected consumer packaging. The grip is shaped according to an ancient Japanese grip profile, Shinogi, which ensures a good grip and increased control in use. The Shinogi grip is characterized by a vertical edge on the handle that ensures a good grip, control and also creates a good grip for both left- and right-handed users.
