How to get your parcel before Christmas*


If you want to make sure your parcel is delivered before 24. December, we need to receive your order by 16:00 on the following date:

Delivery with UPS

  • Switzerland: 17. December
  • United Kingdom: 12. December

Delivery with GLS

  • Belgium, Estonia, France, Holland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria: 17. December
  • Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Northern Ireland, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal: 12. December

Delivery with DHL

  • Out of Europe: 4. December
  • Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway: 11. December
  • Spain, Portugal: 14. December
  • Bulgaria, Ireland, Romania, Sweden: 15. December
  • Czech Republic, France, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia: 17. December
  • Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 18. December
  • Germany: 19. December

We can only ship stock items at this time. However, we will send parcels until 20. December, as well as all weekdays between Christmas and New Year. Please note that we do not deliver parcels on 24. December, but in several places you can pick up in Bring's parcel boxes, so you may want to choose without delivery.

Free returns and extended returns until 31. January


Easier Christmas shopping. Shop worry-free for Christmas gifts for your loved ones with extended returns and free returns.

  • From 1. November until 24. December, we offer extended returns on all orders placed at Byflou.com. The parcel can be delivered to your doorstep, either at your home, workplace or post office/parcel box.

  • We always offer free return shipping when returning items purchased at full price. In other words, you or the gift recipient can return or exchange the gift completely free of charge until 31. January. Please note that free return shipping does not apply to discounted items or items purchased at a discount.

We offer exclusive Christmas gift wrapping with a personalised Christmas card for the gift recipient. If you want this, simply click 'Gift wrapping' in the shopping basket and on the following page, note in the comment field what you want us to write in the card.
