The Groove Night Table from dk3 is a charming addition to the exclusive Groove universe, designed by renowned Danish artist Christian Troels in 2023. The collaboration between dk3 and Christian Troels has led to remarkable results, beginning with the Corduroy Table in 2018 and reaching new heights with the Ten Table in 2019, created to celebrate dk3's tenth anniversary.
The Groove series, like the Ten Table, celebrates the natural beauty of wood, with its intricate design details taking center stage. Through the meticulous design process, these details were honed and refined with a harmonious blend of passion and technical precision. For example, the distinctive grooves that adorn the edge of the table were created using a custom-made milling cutter, ingeniously conceived by designer Christian Troels himself. These grooves encircle the tabletop, forming an elegant frame that hides a discreet drawer and gives the table a simple and sophisticated look.
The table is available in two variants, either with legs or for wall mounting, where the wall-mounted model hangs elegantly from a black powder-coated steel hanger. Additionally, the narrow, tapered legs of the Groove Coffee Table are carefully integrated into the nightstand, offering three different heights for versatility.
The Groove Night Table from dk3 is available in a wide range of exclusive wood species and beautiful finishes. Choose from noble oak, refined smoked oak or timeless walnut, each with their own unique characteristics. You can also choose between a beautiful oiled finish, an elegant white oiled finish or a delicate soap treatment (Only applies to oak).
