Redo Y-skræller

The Y-peeler belongs to the REDO series. The peeler comes in stainless steel with a movable blade that aligns the vegetable for better results. The handle is made from 98% recycled plastic, made from used packaging, which gives the Y-peeler a unique distressed look. The Y-peeler has a steel frame with two sharp hooks on each side in different sizes designed to remove buds and eyes on vegetables. The handle is shaped according to an ancient Japanese handle profile, Shinogi, which ensures a good grip and increased control in use. The Shinogi grip is characterized by a vertical edge on the handle that ensures a good grip, control and also creates a good grip for both left- and right-handed users.
