The fact that there are three different sizes makes it possible to use one for exactly the meal you would like. Using the small bowl you have the option to eat yogurt, oatmeal etc. The large one can be used to serve small biscuits when you have someone over. The bowl and plates have a glaze so they are dishwasher safe and food safe.
