• Care instructions: This product is unlacquered. Your item will develop a natural patina as it oxidises, this enhances the beauty of the product as it is the nature of the material. If you do not want your product to have a patina finish, you can use a metal polish, but be aware that this will change the original finish of the product. Always rinse before use. Wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe. Not microwave safe. Do not use abrasives as this will damage the surface. Do not leave the product in water. For dry food only. Not suitable for liquid, acidic and fatty foods as these will attack the metal. All traces of green shavings (light green patina) must be removed from food contact surfaces before use.
