Maria Westerlind is the designer of the brand ”Maria Westerlind”. Her family has been in the fashionindustry for many years and Maria Westerlind herself is trained by her Grandmother. Her grandparants founded in 1948 their own brand whish since then has been passed on in the family. Maria Westerlind founded "Maria Westerlind" in 2003 with her partner who she had met in a school specialised in textiles. 

The designers biggest source of inspiration is fotos form her Grandmothers days. Her prefered time is the 50´s and the 70´s. This also reflected in the different collections. This brand is only available in 2 shops in Denmark but in 11 other countries around the world.
