PURCHASING AN ITEM
By purchasing an item at ByOutlet.comByOutlet.com you must fill out personal information as name, address and information about payment. HOW TO SHOP AT ByOutlet.com.
To make a buy on ByOutlet.com you must go through 4 steps. When shopping at ByOutlet.com, you find an item which you like, choose the wanted color and size, and then press "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG". Your item will now be placed in your shopping bag, which you will find in the right corner of the top menu. To continue to check out press "PROCEED TO CHECK-OUT".Subsequently, follow the instruction step by step. When you get to the order confirmation, please check that all information is correct and accept the order. Shortly after, you will receive a receipt for your buy on e-mail.
If you later on would want a copy of your order confirmation or your receipt, you will be able to find it under "MY ACCOUNT", where you will also be able to see you previous orders.
PAYMENT
If paying with credit card you will always be secured against any misuse of the card. Our web shop is co-operating with, among others, PBS (The payment system of the financial institutions) and we have secured the sensitive data which is transported via the internet in connection with the buy by means of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.??The data which are being sent in connection with orders being payed with credit card is encrypted and is thus only readable for PBS. Neither ByOutlet.com, nor others are able to see the data exchanged by buying.
At PBS the credit card information is validated i.e. testing if the card might be blocked/closed or other things that might make the card invalid. If everything is alright you will receive a message saying that your order is confirmed.
If you pay with your credit card, you will always be secured against card fraud because you have the possibility to refuse the payment when you receive your review of payments. In case of any misuse of your credit card in a web-shop using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, you do not have any excess. In that way you are much better secured than in the physical world, where your excess is 1200 Dkr. if your credit card code has been misused.

ByOutlet.com do not receive any information about your credit card number and/or expiry date, but receive a report about the amount being reserved to ByOutlet.com for later transfer, when your order has been executed. When the items are packed and forwarded to Post Danmark or another carrier, a message is send to PBS to transfer the reserved amount to our account at PBS.
The payment for the items will not be withdrawn until the parcel has been forwarded from . ByOutlet.com. It is not possible to withdraw a bigger amount than the one approved in your buy.
DUTY & VAT
If you place an order from another EU-country, you have to pay Danish VAT, but no duty because of the regulations of goods free flow in the EU. If you, on the other hand, place an order from a country outside the EU, there might be added local VAT and duty which we cannot be hold responsible by. If that is the case, you will be contacted by the firm handling the shipping. Please notice that this can delay the forwarding, because of the items being detained in the customs office. If it is so, then it is your own responsibility to contact the firm taking care of the shipping, and in consequence to pay any certain extra costs. The Danish VAT will of course be deducted.
Shipping
At ByOutlet.com all the forwarding are being securely transported by Post Denmark. This service is more expensive than other types of shipment. However, you will be certain that your parcel will be safely forwarded. When pacing the order, you will receive a track & trace number which you will be able to use to follow your parcel all the way to your address
The price of shipping is fixed and costs € 25,- for each order.
If you placed an order on € 250,- or more the shopping is for free.
You have to pay the shipping if you want to return items.
If you regret your buy, we will of course reimburse the whole amount, also the cost of the shipping to you.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR BUY
When shopping at ByOutlet.com, you have the right to withdraw your buy, and return the items, within 14 days of receipt.
The right to return the item can only be made use of if the items returned are in the same condition as when you received it. The right to return the items becomes void if you use the item in a way that reduces the market value of the item.

When withdrawing your buy the whole purchase price will be reimbursed to your bank account, after having checked that they live up to the rules of the right to regret. Therefore it is very important that you state your account -and registration number. This is not a demand but it will promote the process if satisfactory information follows the parcel – e.g. a copy of the order confirmation, registration- and account number (in order to know where to reimburse the money to), copy of preceding correspondence etc. ?Please notice, that we do not receive parcels forwarded C.O.D.
COMPLAINT
When shopping at ByOutlet.com you have the right to complain about an item until 24 months after receipt. This means that you can either choose to get the item repaired, exchange it, have your money reimbursed or get a reduction in price, but only if the complaint is legitimate and if the defect is not caused by misuse or other injurious behavior.
The complaint must be made within reasonable time of discovering the defect. If the complain is made within 2 months after discovering the defect, then the complaint will always be in time.
