Dispatch
When you have ordered an article at byflou.com we will post it at quickly as possible. If you order a working day before 12 am. we will post it the same day. There is not sent parcel post in weekends. You will receive your order in our exclusive wrapping. Every article is controlled and packed carefully to avoid mistakes in the parcels.
Our policy of return
The right to obtain a return is always valid for 14 days. This gives you the opportunity to try the articles at home at leisure and then return the articles for free if you want to. You'll just have to fill out a return form which you'll find in the parcel you received from us and then post the parcel again. ?We will very much like to know why you return the article, so please write us a few words with a reason. If you just want another size we will send it to you as quickly as possible if it is in stock. The 14 days you the return is valid starts the day you receive the parcel from Post danmark. Remember that the retun of an article is at your own risk, but we will pay the delivery.
Our refunds policy
When you send an article back and you don’t want another article or size you'll get your money back within 30 days. Just fill out the return form and return the unused article with safety handles on and in unbroken wrapping.

All our articles are posted with Post danmark. The normal delivery time for parcels sent in Danmark is 1-2 days. When we post your order we will send you a Track and Trace number. With this number you can always follow your parcel. You can find the service at our web site under “My account” or at Post danmarks web site.
