- Can I reach you by phone?

We have made customer relations available during the daytime, always ready to answer your questions or inquiries. You can reach us everyday between 10am – 13pm. - Do you have an actual store/boutique ?
No, we are an online shop only. And to ensure we can provide the best customer service online we have chosen to focus entirely on the internet shop. If you by any chance are in the area of our office you are more than welcome to stop by and try on the clothing or pick up your order
- Are you restocking the sold out products?
Unfortunately we are not able to promise the sold out items will be restocked. Since our orders are made several month prior to the actual season. But we try our best to restock the most sold products. So feel free to contact us for an inquire on sold out items.
- Can you provide me with pieces of information where to buy the sold out item ?
We can not give you pieces of information where to buy an other item we had in our collection.
- What are my payment options ?
- The products on Byflou.com cost what the price tag says. Therefore are there none card fee no matter which card type use.
- You can use the following credit cards: American Express, Maestro, Visa, Visa electron, JCB, Mastercard
- Is it safe to use credit cards as payment method on the internet?
Are you using credit card as payment method are you always secured against abuse of your credit card. Our web-shop are approved by PBS, and we have secured the sensitive data which are used and sent on the Net, in connection with an online trade. By using SSL (Secure socket layer) encryption.
The information you provide in connection with an online purchase, payed with a creditcard, are encrypted, and therefor it´s only PBS which can decrypt them. Either Byflou.com or anyone else can see or read the information you provided to complete your purchase.
PBS will check the information concerning your credit card. In other words will it be approved and checked if closed before you can complete the purchase. If everything is OK, you will receive an purchase completed notice, and your order is now confirmed.
When you are using credit cards are you always protected against abuse. Because you got the option to decline a payment, when you receive your payment summary. You got no excess in the case of your card get abused in connection with an online purchase, as long as the internet-shop are using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) as a part of it´s payment system. Therefor are you better protected than using your credit-card online than in a physical store where your excess are approximately €170.

- When do you withdraw the money?
The amount for the ordered articles are withdrawn, when the articles are shipped out from Byflou.com. There can not be withdrawn more money than you approved confirming you purchase.

- How long will it take before I receive my order?
Standard delivery time in working days is from 5 days. We will proceed each order as fast possible. We recommend that you after you have placer your order you will use your working address if possible as many European countries deliver mail with the 9am to 11am. And often requires a signature on delivery.
- How much do I pay in shipping costs?
Byflou.com are using secure package transport provided by Post Danmark . This service gives you as customer more security for the safe arrival of your package. After you have ordered you can use the option “MY ACCOUNT” and use the link to a track and trace number. The track and trace number can you use for tracking the progress of your package progress towards the receiver-address
- The shipping cost for orders for less than 99euros is locked on XX euros.
- Do you order for more than 99Euros do we cover the shipping cost
- If you regret your purchase, you will be reimbursed the whole amount spent.
- Can you put my order on an agreed location ?
Unfortunately are we not able to get the package delivered on an agreed location. This is a service we only in some cases can provide in Denmark.
- What happens if I am not at home when my package arrives?
The current firm delivering the package will leave some kind of note saying that they have tried to deliver the package to you address. In the note you will find instructions about what to do or when they will come by again.
- My order is a gift to someone else, can I get a greeting card ?
You are more than welcome to order a greeting card to go alongside your order. This option is introducing itself during the order confirmation; you can also choose to get the order gift wrapped. So all you have to do is write the desired text, and we will write you a beautiful greeting-card with your greeting on it
- I have lost my order confirmation
If you have lost your order confirmation you can always go to the option “MY ACCOUNT” and print a new one. We will always provide you with the current shipping firms track and trace code, so that you can see how close the package is to your receiving address. .
- How do I see how far my package has come ?
Every order are sent by Post Danmark. When your order is dispatched from byflou.com you will receive a track and trace number, under “MY ACCOUNT” at www.byflou.com. By clicking the the track and trace number you will be able to follow your package journey towards you. Keep in mind there can go up to 36hours before Post Danmark has your order in their system.
- How do I return a product ?
Shopping from Byflou.com you always have the right to return your order. And we will reimburse your money. Keep in mind you have got 2 weeks to return the products, starting the day the package arrives. If you regret you purchase, you have to return the purchase in the same condition and amount as you received it, otherwise we cannot take the purchase back If the hang-tag is removed from the clothing we can´t take it back either. When we have received the products and our requirements for your return is met. We will reimburse your money, keep in mind, depending on which bank, there can go up to 30 days before the money is back, but usually there never goes more than 7 days.
- There is a flaw or a defect in the received item - Complaint
At Byflou.dk we always check all our items before forwarding them. Nevertheless, should there be any defects in a forwarding the item must be returned as soon as possible. If returning any articles, information about your name, order number and a description of the defect/flaw must be written on the enclosed exchange - and return receipt. The item will be exchanged with the same style as you have returned. If the item is out of stock, your money will of course be reimbursed to your bank account. If you want to exchange the returned item to another style, you are welcome to contact us.
- Something is missing in my order
Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an article is missing please contact our customer service by telephone +45 96 57 26 27 or mail marlene@byflou.com and state your order number, so that we can follow up the mistake.

- Is it possible to change my order?
Because of the way our system is built up, it makes it very difficult for us to change the order when it has been placed. However, you can always contact salg@byflou.com and ask. In many cases we can always cancel the order, and you can place a new.
- Can I cancel my order myself?
As we endeavor to have extremely fast handling of every order, you have to be quick if you want to cancel your order before we forward it. You can cancel the order by mailing custom service at salg@byflou.com.
- Have you received my return?
When we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation on mail about our receipt. Then your money will be reimbursed on your account.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all European countries. However, extra charge is ascribed to the price of delivery to foreign countries. Here the price of delivery for foreign countries is always 150 Dkr. No matter how many items you buy.
- Do you sell gift certificates?
Unfortunately, as our system is built up we do not have the possibility to issue gift certificates.

- How to shop at Byflou.com
To carry out a buy at www.byflou.com you must follow 4 steps.
When you are shopping at Byflou.com, you find an item that you like and then you choose it in the color and size that you want. You press”Add to shopping bag". Now your item is in the shopping bag, which you find in the top menu in the top of the right corner. To continue your buy press "Proceed to checkout". Subsequently, follow the instructions step by step. When you get to the confirmation of order, please check that the given information is correct and confirm the order. Finally you will receive a receipt for your buy on e-mail.
Later, If you want a copy of your confirmation of order or receipt, you will find it under "My account". Here you are able to see all your previous orders.

- Establishing an account
When you make your first buy in our shop, you will automatically be registered and become an personal account. In this process you can choose to receive our newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter simultaneously you will participate in our monthly contest where you can win a gift certificate on 500 Dkr. When you have established an account, you can login in the right corner of the top menu. Then you will get access to "My account", where you can see previous orders, special offers etc.
- Products
We have many different products and are always working on bringing new fascinating brands to our shop. If you have any suggestions for brands that you think would fit into our shop, please, do not hesitate to let us know.
- Payment
- An item cost what it cost. Therefore you will not be charged any charge of payments no matter which card you use when you shop at www.byflou.com

- Discounts
Unfortunately, we do not give any discount at byflou. But if you buy for more than 750 Dkr. the delivery is free and we enclose a small present for you in the package. Nevertheless, you earn a certain discount every time you buy something in the shop. When you have bought for 5000 Dkr. you become a discount of 250 Dkr. that you are free to use in the shop.
- My order
You can see your previous orders under "My account". Here you can also print them if you need them.
- Terms of delivery
when you place an order at Byflou.com, we forward the ordered as fast as possible. If you place the order before 13.00 we will forward the order the same day. There will not be forwarded any orders in the weekends. You will receive your order in our special signature packing, in which every item is closely checked to avoid any mistakes in the forwarding’s. >
- Returning an article
At Byflou you can return any item within 14 days of receipt. This gives you the possibility to try your item at home and return it for free if you wish to do so. All you need to do, is fill out the return note which is enclosed, and then go to your post office and forward the item you wish to return to us. We would like to know why you are returning your order/item, so please write us a couple of words about why you are returning it. If you are just returning the item to change it to another size, we will send the size that you request if it is on stock, as quickly as possible. Your 2 weeks of right of return begins the day that you receive the package. Remember that returning an item/order is at one´s own risk, but we will pay the shipment.
When you return your order, and if you do not want to exchange it, your money will be reimbursed within 30 days. Fill out the note of returning and forward the unworn item, with the hang-tag and in intact packaging, to us.
- Tekniske problemer
Sometimes, technical problems on the site occur. If this should happen, you will receive an error message and we will receive an error rapport. Subsequently, we will try to find the problem and solve it as soon as possible.

- Must I make an account
When you buy something from buflou.com, you will automatically be registered as a user on our website. In this process you can choose to receive our newsletter. When you have made an account you can login by clicking ”LOGIN” located in the top menu on the right. This will give you access to “MY ACCOUNT” where you ca see your previous orders, special offers etc.
- How do I sign up for Byflou´s newsletter?
When you make your account you will have the possibility to choose whether or not to receive our newsletter. If you have answered no to receiving the newsletter, and later on would like to sign up for it, you can do so in the bottom of the menu bar, in the left corner. Type in your e-mail and press enter/enroll

For every item we have described the size as good as possible. Additionally you are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions about size, and then we will measure the items for you. You can also click “SIZE GUIDE” for description of the different models of size that we have.
- Can I get more information about a product?
We give you as much information as possible about our items; size, color, material, and whether the item is close-fitting etc. If you need further information please write us at the point ”questions about the item”, or e-mail custom service. It is very important that you write the name of the item, which you find in the description of the item, when contacting us.
- An item is not shown in my size. What do I do?

- I have seen some items in an add but I cannot find them on the site
When an item is sold out, it is automatically removed from our shop. Therefore you may not be able to find the item that you have seen in the shop.
